The new Treaty makes nuclear weapons illegal. The question is no longer 'do we need them?' or 'should we have them?' but 'how will we get rid of them?' The Treaty lays out the steps to achieve the total elimination of all nuclear weapons. We now have to come to terms with this new reality."...
